The generous, brightly lit room is 106 m² large. Combined with rooms 1 and 3, it offers even more space for your concepts and a successful working day. Like all of our conference rooms in Darmstadt, it is carpeted, can be darkened and has modern functional furnishings. The technical equipment comprises the air conditioning, ISDN, phone and EDP connections, as well as WiFi.

On 43 m², you can hold meetings and seminars with up to 35 participants in conference room 5 - in daylight via skylight windows or darkened, it's entirely up to you. As in all our conference rooms in Darmstadt, there is carpeting, air conditioning and functional furnishings. ISDN, telephone and IT connections as well as WLAN complete the equipment. Event rooms 1, 2 and 3 are located opposite.

Ideal for your networking and discussions in small groups: The cozy room 4 has 41 m² and is designed for meetings and seminars with up to 33 people - either with daylight via skylight windows or darkened. On request, the room can be combined with conference room 5. Its equipment includes carpeting, air conditioning and functional furniture. It also offers blackout facilities, ISDN, telephone and IT connections as well as WLAN.

The carpeted room 3 with functional furniture is 104 m² large. Incoming daylight and an air conditioning system ensure a comfortable atmosphere in which you can work with focus. You can darken the room if needed. Smooth communication is ensured by ISDN, phone and EDP connections and WiFi. The Galileo room can be used individually or in combination with the event locations 1 and 2 to have a larger location.

Kopernikus

The Copernicus room with 53 m² is carpeted and has functional furniture. If bright daylight impairs your presentation, you can use the inbuilt darkening options. Air conditioning, ISDN, phone and EDPO connections, as well as WiFi, are part of our comprehensive equipment as well. You can book the conference room individually or combined with rooms 2 and 3 to match your needs.

Kopernikus + Einstein + Galileo

Elaborate conferences presentations and discussions are possible on the 263-m²-large event location made up of event locations 1, 2 and 3. You can work in bright daylight or darken the room for presentations - both options are available. Air conditioning, ISDN, phone and EDPO connections, as well as WiFi, are also ensured. Each of the three event locations of the conference hotel Darmstadt can also be booked separately. Across from it, there are the smaller conference rooms 4 and 5, which you can use, for example, for your group work.
