Good overnight stay
Breakfast is excellent, bed is comfortable, location great. The only thing was that while the rooms are available at 3 PM, we arrived early, some of our rooms were ready and some were not. Then, magically, all our other rooms were ready at 2:45. Certainly some were available earlier, they could have had a little more coordination with the housekeeping staff and given people rooms as they were available.

It is my "go to" hotel
I have used this hotel since it first opened. Of course it would be better if room service was an option , but nonetheless it is extremely convenient and the people who work there friendly and always helpful

My stay is Comfortable and the service is good.
Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The Hotel is nice, location is also good, close to amenities and Metro.
Rather low money for value ratio
The money for value ratio is low. The service is pretty poor. Calling the hotel is close to impossible. First you are in long waiting queues, and after 10 minutes or so they tell you that no one is there to answer your call and that you should try again later. Then later same experience. I got through only at the 10th time or so, calling at various times of the day. - The room at black stripes on the ground. One of the worst experience was the music which was played in the rooms (yes, my bedroom!). I could not turn it off. Loud and unpleasant. They told me they would test the loud speakers and it would be over at some point. Yes, it was over after hours.

A very comfortable hotel , in a quiet location but close to the center of Paderborn . Excellent staff make this hotel a good place to choose. The reception staff are excellent, the bar staff all go beyond what is expected.
