Overall a good hotel

For the overall environment , it is a good hotel , but the air ventilation inside guest room and at the ball room must be improved. I feel stifling ! Air conditioning is suggested to be instilled.

Excellent Hotel in the Center of Darmstadt

The Darmstadt Welcome Hotel is a very good place to stay. Enjoyed the professional and friendly service, the wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning and the drinks and food offered in the Moller bistro. From here Darmstadt's must sees are in waking distance.

Excellent place

We were very satisfied with our stay and regret the fact that we could only stay for a night. We booked the Silver Sunday offer that includes tickets for the Thermes and for the price, we were very well surprised how amazing everything turned out to be. For the hotel the room was (again to our surprise) very spacious and had honestly one of the best hotel bathrooms we´ve ever come across - with a bath tub AND a shower cabine, with a separating toilet door and two entrances as it should be (dream home vibes, really

My stay is Comfortable and the service is good.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The Hotel is nice, location is also good, close to amenities and Metro.

Rather low money for value ratio

The money for value ratio is low. The service is pretty poor. Calling the hotel is close to impossible. First you are in long waiting queues, and after 10 minutes or so they tell you that no one is there to answer your call and that you should try again later. Then later same experience. I got through only at the 10th time or so, calling at various times of the day. - The room at black stripes on the ground. One of the worst experience was the music which was played in the rooms (yes, my bedroom!). I could not turn it off. Loud and unpleasant. They told me they would test the loud speakers and it would be over at some point. Yes, it was over after hours.
