Conserving resources
We are already thinking about tomorrow today – with the aim of reducing our ecological footprint and shaping a sustainable future. Conserving resources is our top priority: we are continuously reducing our energy and water consumption and increasing the efficiency of our hotels.
To this end, we rely on smart technologies such as the building management system at the Welcome Hotel Euskirchen and solar panels, for example in Neckarsulm. Almost half of our hotels already have electric charging stations – by next year, all locations should be equipped with them.
Our Welcome Green Meetings also follow clear sustainability standards: CO₂-reduced travel with Deutsche Bahn, environmentally friendly conference materials, and fresh, healthy breaks ensure that our events are conscious in every way.
Local and Seasonal Cuisine
At Welcome Hotels, we prioritise high-quality cuisine that celebrates regional flavours and fresh, seasonal ingredients. We source our food from small, local partners who are dedicated to quality. Whether it's bread and croissants from a nearby bakery, premium meat from a fifth-generation family butcher, or smoked beer from a traditional brewery in Bamberg, we ensure every ingredient is carefully chosen.
We also embrace the growing interest in vegan and vegetarian diets. Our menu features thoughtfully crafted vegan and vegetarian dishes, providing a delicious and fulfilling dining experience for all our guests.

Skilled Employees Make the Difference
At Welcome Hotels, people are at the heart of everything we do, especially our employees. We are always on the lookout for trendsetters, explorers, and those who love working with people and are naturally enthusiastic hosts. We aim to attract, train, and nurture young talent in our industry by providing excellent training conditions. Our commitment to high-quality training has been recognised at several Welcome Hotels with the new DEHOGA quality seal, "TOP Training Company." We support professional growth through individual development planning and targeted training measures.
Strength in Diversity and Individuality
We strive to create an environment where guests feel truly welcome, and individuality and personality are highly valued. Mutual respect, appreciation, and diversity are at the heart of our hospitality. We believe in the strength of unity and view diversity as a unique opportunity for creativity and enrichment within our company.
We wholeheartedly embrace diversity. By adhering to the principles and guidelines of modern diversity management through the Diversity Charter, we ensure inclusivity in practice. For example, we have over 55 nationalities at Welcome Hotels. This wonderful diversity benefits us all, creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. That's the spirit of Welcome Hotels.

Quality Management
At Welcome Hotels, we aim to consistently delight our guests with exceptional services. To uphold this commitment, we have collaborated with our employees to develop guiding principles and continuously work on enhancing them. We have established group-wide standardised procedures, known as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to support our team in their daily tasks, from reception to housekeeping, maintenance, and the kitchen staff.
We believe that service quality is a collective effort. Therefore, we prioritise creating the motivation and competence of all our employees. We achieve continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and suggestions from every area of our hotels and through dedicated training programmes. This approach ensures that our guests always experience the highest level of service and care.
Guest Satisfaction is Our Priority
Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We believe that the insights shared by our guests are invaluable, as they come from those who experience our services firsthand. Our commitment to service quality is focused on ensuring that every guest is satisfied at all times and in every detail.
We value feedback, whether it comes through guest surveys, Google reviews, TrustYou scores, or kind words at the reception desk. We especially appreciate constructive criticism, as it is essential for our continuous improvement efforts. By listening to our guests, we ensure that we can consistently provide delightful experiences at every level of their stay.
