Conference flat-rates in the Darmstadtium

Our Welcome conference flat-rates in the directly adjacent science and congress centre Darmstadtium for 12 to 50 persons can be booked on request and as available. Just talk to us!

*All flat rates are per person and per day, including the statutory VAT, and applicable starting from 10 persons. If fewer than 10 people attend, we will charge the room rent according to size.
Overnight rates for conference guests The following room categories can be combined individually with the above flat rates:

Standard Double room starting from EUR 119.00 p.p.
Comfort Double room starting from EUR 129.00 p.p.
Superior Double room starting from EUR 149.00 p.p.
The room prices apply per person and per night, including Welcome-the-Day breakfast buffet. Double occupation is subject to a surcharge at EUR 20.00 p.p./night, including breakfast buffet. All prices include service and the statutory VAT of currently 19% or 7% respectively for the pure accommodation prices.

Our conference rooms – multifunctional, generous and brightly lit

Short paths take you to your destination more quickly – the direct proximity to the Darmstadtium will let you profit from a very special extra here: The Welcome Hotel is connected to the science and congress centre directly by a pedestrian tunnel. In addition to the conference rooms in our hotel, you can use an additional event area of 700 m² there. The 5 rooms in the conference hotel Darmstadt have an airy ceiling height of four metres. They are daylight-bright, with the option of darkening them and boast state-of-the-art conference technology. Their flexible combinations permit conferences with up to 220 attendants.
