We recommend booking your desired appointments in time in advance. Of course, we will gladly accept your booking spontaneously if we have free appointments.
Shifting of appointments/cancellation
Your treatment time has been reserved specifically for you. If you need to change an appointment or cancel it, please do so as early as possible but no later than 24 hours before you start your treatment. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked treatment price.
The treatment times contain professional consulting, the actual treatment time and a phase of rest thereafter. The treatment duration may vary slightly due to physical factors.
You will be the most comfortable coming to us in a bathrobe right from the hotel room. You may also use changing rooms and lockers in the swimming bath area.
In order to individually meet your needs, please inform our spa employees about any special issues, pain-sensitive areas, injuries and any health-relevant circumstances. Are you suffering from hypertension, diabetes, heart problems, have you recently had surgery or are you pregnant? Please inform our employees of this before the treatment. Do you have a cold, headache, flu or skin rash when you start your treatment? Please tell us about this under all circumstances. Such information is important, since treatments may make your symptoms worse.
Vitamins and beverages
Water and fruit are part of our service before and after every treatment. In the Vital Bistrorante, we will provide a healthy choice of food and drink for your physical well-being during your stay in the Welcome SPA of our Spa-Hotel in Hesse.
The spa area is a place of relaxation and rest. Therefore, mobile phones and other technical devices are not permitted there. Please note that the sauna area is a textile-free zone. The lagoon bath is a textile bathing area.
