From April 22 to May 25, we will spoil you with an exquisite selection of asparagus dishes. Look forward to delicious creations such as our aromatic asparagus soup with wild garlic dumplings or choose between tender asparagus spears with king prawns, delicate Serrano ham or a refreshing combination of asparagus, strawberries and Grana Padano as a salad.
