Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in our hotel. However, the four-legged friend is not allowed in our breakfast restaurant "Regnitz". If you still want to take your pet with you, we will reserve a table for you in our lobby. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to dinner in our restaurant Plückers.

Are there walking or jogging possibilities nearby?

There are beautiful paths along the Regnitz River, as well as on the nearby Erba grounds.

What sights are there nearby?

Little Venice, Bamberg Cathedral and St. Michael's Monastery are beautiful places and can be reached in a few minutes.

Are there bicycle parking facilities and routes?

There is a covered bike rack in front of the main entrance. Routes for your tours in and around Bamberg are available at the reception or under:

How far is the city center?

It is only about 500 meters to the city center. It can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Are there parking facilities?

There is a public underground parking garage with 340 spaces directly at the hotel. A parking space costs 8€ per 24 hours. It is not possible to make a reservation in advance.

How big is the hotel?

There are 171 rooms in different categories spread over 4 floors, as well as meeting rooms and our restaurant Plückers.

When is breakfast served?

From 6:30 to 10:30. On weekends and holidays until 11 am.

Can breakfast be excluded from the price?

Our hotel only offers room rates including breakfast.

Is there wifi?

Free wifi is available throughout the hotel.

Are there air conditioners in the rooms?

All rooms are air-conditioned.

Until when is check out?

Your room is available until 11 am.

From what time can the room be occupied?

Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00. If you arrive before that time, we will be happy to check if your room is ready for you. If not, you can leave your luggage and car at the hotel.

Is it possible to book a barrier-free room?

There are rooms for barrier-free use. Please indicate this as a request when booking.

Is the soft wellness area included in the price?

It is not included in the room price. A fee of € 4.00 per person / day is charged for its use (towels and bathrobe included).

Is there bedding for allergy sufferers?

Each room is equipped with bedding for allergy sufferers.

How far is it to the train station?

By car it takes about 10-15min. On foot it takes about 30 minutes.

Can intolerances be taken into account?

In most cases the kitchen can take them into consideration. Please contact us in advance to clarify any questions or requests.

Is it possible to choose (on the spot) another room?

You can always contact our reception team about this.

Should I reserve a table (at Plückers)?

It makes sense to reserve a table for dinner.

Coming from West (e.g. Frankfurt or Würzburg)

Take the A 3 towards Würzburg/Nuremberg to the exit Bamberg, B 505 to the exit Memmelsdorf/Scheßlitz, turn left towards Bamberg, follow Memmelsdorfer Straße (approx. 5 km), turn left towards the concert and congress hall after the first large bridge. The hotel driveway is on the right side after approx. 500 m.

Coming from South (e.g. Munich or Nuremberg)

Take the A 9 to the Nuremberg interchange, drive onto A 3 towards Würzburg there to the Fürth/Erlangen interchange, then onto the A 73 towards Bamberg, exit Memmelsdorf/Gartenstadt, turn left towards Bamberg, follow Memmelsdorfer Straße (approx. 5 km), turn left towards the concert and congress hall after the first large bridge, the hotel driveway is on the right side after approx. 500 m.

Coming from East (e.g. Berlin or Bayreuth)

Take te A 9 to the motorway junction Bayreuth-Kulmbach, then drive onto A 70 towards Bamberg to the exit Hallstadt, turn left towards Bamberg, turn right onto Magazinestraße at the 4th traffic light (across from the VAG dealer), turn left into Mußstraße after the first large bridge or after the 3rd traffic light; the hotel driveway is on the right side after approx. 500 m.

Coming from North (e.g. Kassel or Schweinfurt)

Take the A 7 to the Schweinfurt-Werneck exit, then the A 70 towards Bamberg to the exit Hallstadt, turn right towards Bamberg, turn right onto Magazinestraße at the 4th traffic light (across from the VAG dealer), turn left into Mußstraße after the first large bridge or after the 3rd traffic light; the hotel driveway is on the right side after approx. 500 m.
