Attention to detail is what counts when it comes to customer satisfaction and Welcome Hotels is known for its fastidious attention to detail. The management views the  "Q-Accreditation“ that  ServiceQualität Deutschland has awarded to every single one of the group’s seventeen hotels as instrumental when it comes to achieving guest satisfaction across the board and ensuring a continued high level of service. Back in 2012 following intense market research, Welcome Hotels decided to implement Service-Qualität guidelines that aim to improve customer satisfaction and service across the group as a whole. Even long before the awarding of  Q-Accreditation, Welcome Hotels was doing everything in its power to face the challenges of a demanding hotel sector and ensuring that each and every hotel gives its guests a true feel of “You are Welcome”.

Our pledge to our guests

Welcome Hotels aims to win over our guests time and time again with consistently high standards and our quality pledge. To ensure this, each and every member of staf aims to live by the the terms of our pledge in everything they do. In addition to this the Welcome Hotels group has subscribed to the ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative.    ServiceQualität Deutschland awards accreditation to service providers and works together with them to to continuously improve the levels of service and quality across the board. Innovation für Lebensmittelsicherheit

Bereits seit 2011 arbeitet WELCOME HOTELS Hand in Hand mit Quant Qualitätssicherung zusammen, einem der führenden Berater rund um die Themen Ernährung und Lebensmittel.  Im Fokus der erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit stehen

  • die Lebensmittelhygiene,
  • die Lebensmittelqualität sowie
  • das Lebensmittelrecht.

„Entsprechend unserer eigenen Ansprüche möchten wir unseren Gästen einen Qualitätsstandard, der weit über die gesetzlichen Vorgaben hinaus geht, garantieren – insbesondere bei der Lebensmittelsicherheit,“ erklärt Markus Klinger, Küchendirektor der WELCOME HOTELS.
Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt: Durch die Optimierung der Hygienestandards konnten zusätzlich Küchenprozesse optimiert werden. Regelmäßige Begehungen der Küchen, aber auch Begehungen der Hotelinnen- und außenbereiche sowie Beratung bei Trinkwasseruntersuchungen und der Konzepterstellung nach HACCP Prinzipien sind Bestandteil der engen Zusammenarbeit und gehören in allen Häusern der Hotelgruppe zum Standard. Denn nur durch die Gewährleistung erstklassiger Qualität ist es möglich höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden, um damit die Erwartungen der Gäste immer wieder aufs Neue zu übertreffen.
