When is the room available?

We guarantee the rooms from 15:00.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome in the hotel. Only in the restaurant "Deichgraf" dogs are not allowed. We charge 12,00€ per pet/night.

We only ask that you take care not to disturb any guests and keep your pet(s) away from all furniture. Damage to bedding, upholstery, etc. will be charged to you.

Do you offer a pick-up service?

We do not offer a pick-up service. But there are always cabs at the station.

Are the rooms non-smoking?

Yes, our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Until when can I stay in the room on the day of departure?

Until 11:00 a.m.

Where can I park?

The hotel has 129 own parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. We charge 8,00€ per night / vehicle.

Is there a swimming pool?

No.

Is the sauna included?

We have a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna at 5,00€ per day/person (only with advance reservation).

Is there a fitness room?

Yes, you can use it anytime for free.

Until when can I check in?

Our reception is open 24 hours a day.

How long is the hotel bar open?

The bar is open until 01:00.

How long is the restaurant open?

The restaurant "Deichgraf" offers dinner from 17:00 to 21:00.

When is breakfast available?

Mondays to Fridays from 06:30 to 10:00.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 07:00 to 10:30.

Do you have baby cribs?

Yes, we have baby/travel cribs, you can pre-order them free of charge.
