Can you take your pet with you?

Pets are welcome in our hotel. However, the four-legged friend is not allowed in our restaurants. If you still want to take your pet with you, then we will reserve a table for you in our bar.

Are there walking or jogging possibilities nearby?

There are beautiful paths along the Regnitz River, as well as on the nearby Erba grounds.

What sights are there nearby?

Little Venice, Bamberg Cathedral and St. Michael's Monastery are beautiful places and can be reached in a few minutes.

Are there bicycle parking facilities and routes?

You can park your bike in the bike room of our underground parking free of charge. Routes for your tours in and around Bamberg are available at the reception or under:

How far is it to the city center?

It is only about 500 meters to the city center. It can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Are there parking facilities?

There is a hotel-owned underground parking garage. A parking space costs 18€ per 24 hours. It is not possible to make a reservation in advance.

How many rooms does the hotel have?

There are a total of 184 rooms in different categories, divided into three parts of the building.

When is breakfast served?

From 6:30 to 10:30. On weekends and holidays until 11 am.

Can breakfast be excluded from the price?

Our hotel only offers room rates including breakfast.

Is there wifi?

Free wifi is available throughout the hotel.

Is there air conditioning?

Our hotel rooms are not air conditioned.

Until when is check out?

Your room will be available until 11 am.

When can I check into my room?

Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00. If you arrive before that time, we will be happy to check if your room is ready for you. If not, you can leave your luggage and car at the hotel.

Is there a possibility to book a barrier-free room?

There is a room for barrier-free use. Please indicate this as a request when booking.

Is the soft wellness area included in the price?

It is not included in the room price. There is a fee of € 4.00 per person / day for its use (towels and bathrobe included).

Is there the possibility of allergy-sufferer bedding?

Each room is equipped with bed linen for allergy sufferers.

How far is it to the train station?

By car it takes about 10-15min. On foot it takes about 30 min.

Can intolerances be taken into consideration?

In most cases the kitchen can take them into consideration. Please contact us in advance to clarify any questions and wishes.

Is it possible to choose another room (on the spot)?

You can contact our reception team at any time.

When is the bar open?

This depends on the day and is written at the entrance of the bar.

Should I book a table in the restaurant?

It makes sense to reserve a table for dinner.
