The Chefs' Ball is a culinary highlight in Bamberg.

A brief history:

Founded in 1970 as Fachverein Bamberger Köche e.V., our association has continued to develop steadily and has now also found its way onto the internet with this homepage.

We currently (August 2014) have 91 members, 35 of whom are trainees, which we are very pleased about.

Not only fellow chefs, but also professional groups related to the industry, such as Hofa, Refa, housekeepers, etc., are welcome to join.

The association is actively involved in charity events and in supporting trainees.

We offer company tours, student exchanges, practical exam preparation and much more, so it's worth joining.

Our association has been organising the traditional cooks' ball in Bamberg for 40 years, offering a fantastic buffet and lively dance music in a sophisticated atmosphere.

For the first time in a long time, the da Vincis' conclave is convened. Take your place in the family and use all your criminal (or criminal?) instincts in the entertaining hunt for the culprit. You belong to one of the four big families whose goal is to be the first to unmask Luigi's murderer under the leadership of their family head.

The family is counting on you to solve the tricky mystery tonight: Save the family's honour, avoid a bloody family feud and decide the perpetrator's fate. Because - we agree on this - murder is still a family matter!

Dense clouds of fog surround the secluded estate of the Baron of Tique. An illustrious company has gathered this evening to purchase his collection of antiques for the highest bid. As time goes by, unrest spreads among the guests: Where is he, the princely baron? But there: a shot, a dull thud, a corpse. Was it murder?

Under the guidance of Inspector Wagenfort, the guests start investigating. ... and where is the Baron's will...?

The actors give them clues to possible motives or alibis from the scenes between the courses. In addition, there are many traces and clues at the site where the body was found. Help us to find the culprit! You will be supported by our experienced actors who attach great importance to improvisation and flexibility. The team that can solve the case at the end of the evening will be rewarded with a small prize.
