When will the rooms be available for occupancy?

We guarantee that our rooms will be available from 3:00 pm onwards.

What is the checkout time?

We kindly ask that you vacate the room and settle the bill by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, EC card, Eurocard, American Express, and Visa for payments made on site. You can also pay in advance via a paylink. Please contact us for more information.

Where can I park?

We offer 69 on-site, fee-based parking spaces (EUR 18 per night, EUR 3.00 per hour) in front of and behind the hotel.

Is the fitness and sauna area free of charge?

The use of the sauna area costs EUR 6.00 per person per day, and the use of the fitness area is free of charge

Do you have restaurants, and when are they open?

We have three gastronomic outlets. The "Paderaue" restaurant is open daily from 6:30 am (from 7:00 am on Sundays and public holidays) until 10:30 am and from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm, serving breakfast and lunch. Our Sky & DAZN sports bar, "Plückers," is open daily from 5:30 pm until 1:00 am. During the terrace season, our Lightlounge offers you the entire gastronomic offering of the hotel daily from 6:30 am (from 7:00 am on Sundays and public holidays) until midnight. In addition, we offer a selection of snacks and fresh cakes/pastries in the afternoon.

Can I make a reservation at your restaurants in advance?

Please feel free to use the option of reserving a table via www.opentable.de, or you can reserve directly at the hotel.

Can I watch football highlights on Sky/DAZN at your hotel?

Yes, we show the football matches of the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga, DFB Cup, Europa League, and Champions League games, including the top game on Amazon Prime, in "Plückers."

Is WiFi available?

Of course, you can connect up to 3 devices to the WiFi in your hotel room free of charge. The hotel has a 500mbit/s fiber optic connection.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Our hotel has 2 wheelchair-friendly rooms with a connecting door to a separate room for a potential companion.

Are children/babies allowed?

Of course, your children are welcome. We charge EUR 20.00 per day and bed for a baby cot (available in all categories). For an extra bed/sleeper sofa, we charge EUR 30.00 per day and bed (booking from the "DELUXE" category upwards is required due to space constraints).

Are pets welcome?

Dogs are welcome! For the treatment of your dog and the special cleaning of your room, we charge EUR 20.00 per day.

Do you have smoking rooms in your hotel?

We regret to inform you that smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Violations will result in a separate cleaning fee of 250 EUR. Costs associated with triggering the fire alarm due to your misconduct will be fully charged to you.

What are the costs of transportation to and from the airport?

Local taxi companies charge approximately 50 EUR for transportation to and from the airport and the hotel.

Do you offer a shuttle service for guests?

We do not offer a shuttle service for our guests. However, we would be happy to recommend the following taxi companies:

There are several golf courses in and around Paderborn that we would like to mention:

Can we store or repair bicycles at your hotel?

Our hotel is an official "Bed & Bike Hotel" and meets all ADFC quality criteria. We also have a lockable bicycle room with free charging options for your e-bike. In addition, there is a professional bike repair station directly in front of the hotel, which is also free of charge.

Can we rent bicycles from you?

In collaboration with a local bike rental company, bicycles and e-bikes are available for a fee.

Are there bicycle routes nearby?

Our hotel is located directly on the Römer-Lippe-Route, the Paderborner-Land-Route, and the Bahnradroute Teuto-Senne. The popular Emsradweg is also about 13km away.
