We invite you to a festive buffet that celebrates goose in all its marvellous variations.
Enjoy a variety of starters and savour tender goose breasts and crispy legs, accompanied by classic side dishes such as red cabbage, dumplings and more. Even if the goose is not represented in the dessert, we promise you a sweet temptation that leaves nothing to be desired.
Spend your evening in our Plückers pub – You will love the rustic ambience immediately. No matter if you are alone or in relaxed company: You can end your day perfectly with a drink and tasty dinner. For all the football fans among us: The Plückers shows the evening matches from the Federal football league and Euro and Champions-League.

Let the attentive staff in our timelessly beautiful Paderaue restaurant spoil you and enjoy the view of nature through the large windows. Hotel and conference guests as well as external visitors love the buffet area. We offer a changing selection of regional and international dishes on the menu as well. Our Light Lounge Bar & Terrace is in an attractive location directly along the popular Römer-Lippe-Route. With a view of the green, it invites you to linger during the day. Enjoy a delicious lunch from 12 noon to 2 pm. From 2 pm to 6 pm, a terrace menu with snacks, ice cream and cakes is offered in the outdoor area, before the bar opens at 6 pm with delicious drinks, delicious cocktails and international and national specialties.
A special highlight is the lighting concept specially created for the 250m² outdoor terrace.
Numerous indirect light sources such as luminous plant troughs, discreet built-in lamps and indirect spotlights in the terrace planting create an impressive atmosphere.
