From 13 - 17 February we will be hosting our Candlelight Dinner for you with delicious food and harmonising drinks. The romantic 3-course menu including a Cassisco aperitif and the wine accompaniment "Pink" QbA from the Uli Metzger winery begins at 6:30 pm.

    Goat cheese refined with curry from the "Meister Ziegenhof by Katja" from Rüthen-Meiste on a strawberry-coconut-pepper chutney with fried king prawns
  • Main course
    Roasted corn poulard breast on a coconut-pineapple jus with glazed sugar snap peas and melted cherry tomatoes, accompanied by sweet potato gnocchi

    Pan-fried beetroot gnocchi with a peanut-basil-garlic pesto accompanied by glazed sugar snap peas and roasted shiitake mushrooms

    Sweet and spicy chilli chocolate mousse of dark chocolate with raspberries, currants and papaya
