At what time can I move into my room?

The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

When do I have to check out of my room?

Monday to Saturday until 11:00 am, on Sundays and holidays until 12:00 am.

Where can I park my car?

There is a public underground parking garage directly under the hotel and a variety of additional parking garages in the immediate vicinity.

What does parking cost?

1,50€ the first hour, each additional 1,00€, up to a maximum of 16,00€ per 24 hours of continuous parking. (valid only if you pay at the Welcome Hotel reception).

Do you have a bicycle garage?

Yes, we have a separate area for parking bicycles.

How far is the hotel from the city center?

We are located in the middle of the city, right across from the Oberstadt elevators to the historic Old Town.

How far is it to the train station?

10 - 15 minutes on foot, about 1.5 km.

Do you offer a pick-up service?

No, but there are a variety of inexpensive rental cars available.

About 100km to Frankfurt airport.
