A friendly working environment, conference equipment, writing utensils, meals – all of these and other services can be booked in various offers. We want you to have your conference in a comfortable atmosphere in the Welcome Hotel Marburg without missing anything that you need for a successful event. You can your business partners are worth it! Book one of our tried and tested conference flat-rates and leave the organisation of some details to us while fully focusing on your own core business. Maybe you would like to have us put together a customised conference offer with overnight stay for you? We will gladly do so!

*All flat rates are per person and per day, including the statutory VAT of currently 19%, and applicable starting from 10 persons. If fewer than 10 people attend, we will charge the room rent according to size.

The following room categories can be combined individually with the above flat rates: Single room starting at EUR 124.00 per person The room prices apply per person and per night, including Welcome-the-Day breakfast buffet. All prices include service and the statutory VAT of currently 19% or 7% respectively for the pure accommodation prices.
