Breakfast is excellent, bed is comfortable, location great. The only thing was that while the rooms are available at 3 PM, we arrived early, some of our rooms were ready and some were not. Then, magically, all our other rooms were ready at 2:45. Certainly some were available earlier, they could have had a little more coordination with the housekeeping staff and given people rooms as they were available.

For the overall environment , it is a good hotel , but the air ventilation inside guest room and at the ball room must be improved. I feel stifling ! Air conditioning is suggested to be instilled.

Rundum super gut!

This wasn't my first stay at the Residenz Hotel so I knew it was going to be a quality experience. The staff is invariably friendly and accommodating and when sitting outside by the fountain with a glass of wine, just enjoying the quiet and the sound of the fountain in the background you can feel the stress just drain from your body. I am already looking forward to my next stay, especially since I love Bamberg.

This was perhaps the 3rd time that I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is invariably friendly, efficient, and helpful. It's always a pleasure to overnight here.
