As a cardholder, you just need to quote your card number when you make a reservation and then present your Travel Card at reception when you check in. The reduction is valid per booking for a maximum of two people with children (where applicable). FREE ACCOMMODATION IN RETURN FOR YOUR LOYALTY
TRAVEL CARD holders are also entitled to an exclusive loyalty card which will be automatically sent to you with your TRAVEL CARD.
Then, for every TRAVEL CARD reservation/stay you will be given a bonus point to stick on to your loyalty card when you check out of the hotel.
A full loyalty card complete with all six bonus points entitles you to one free night's bed and breakfast for two people in a double room in a WELCOME HOTEL of your choice (bookings are subject to availability and are to be made via WELCOME central reservations).
Please note that the Travel Card may not be used in conjunction with special offers such as corporate rates or last-minute specials and there is also no entitlement to bonus points on such bookings.
How can you get a WELCOME TRAVEL CARD?
Just send us an e-mail to info@welcome-hotels.com providing us with the following information: family name, forename, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address. You will receive free of charge your personal WELCOME TRAVEL CARD, additional information and your loyalty card by post within 14 days.
