Following some 15 months of construction this state-of-the-art hotel complex will be all ready to receive its predominantly trade fair and business guests from autumn 2010. The seven-storey hotel will offer 173 rooms in total comprising 29 suites, 19 single rooms and 125 doubles. Covering some 320m2 the rooms can also cater for trade fair related large-scale congresses as well as for IAA car exhibitions requiring vehicular access. The Welcome Hotel am Rebstockgelände also offers excellent transport connections. "A Welcome guest should always feel welcome and at home“, explains Carsten Kritz. "To ensure this, the hotel also has a spacious soft-wellness area comprising a Finish sauna and a steam sauna on the 7th floor affording stunning views of the Mainhattan skyline“.
